Home / Solutions / Access Control & Time Attendance

Control who goes where, and know who showed up.

Door access, card and biometric readers, and attendance records that feed payroll.

Security

Control who goes where, and know who showed up.

Keys get copied and sign-in books get filled in from memory. Access control replaces both with a record you can query.

We install door access and time attendance systems using cards, PINs or biometrics, and configure the rules for who can open what, and when.

Questions

What clients ask first.

What happens during a power cut?

We agree fail-safe or fail-secure behaviour per door during the survey, and specify backup power where the door must keep working.

Can attendance data go into payroll?

Attendance reports export for payroll processing, which removes most of the argument at month end.

Can one person have access to some doors only?

Yes. Access is set per person, per door and per time window.

Ready to scope your access control and time attendance project?

Tell us about the site, the size and the timeline. We will come back with a clear, itemised proposal.
